I´ve been quite absent from the scene for a while and due to some reasons but as far as I´m currently holding my laptop willingly initiating writing a new article for you, I´m profoundly enthusiastic to drag one of the most hot and controversial topics that was triggered after I watched two excellent, yet so well made dramatically movies, one is: Dream scenario, two is: Next Sohee.
Articles are known to be carrying messages in order to adjust a flaw if needed or to maintain a good condition that could keep up the stability of our different-cultured communities all over the world. Thus, this one drags the subject about philosophy beyond "turning tables", not necessarily about a couple fighting over a matter and blaming each other without considering accountability for their own mistakes, in this article it would be classifying this syndrome over working fields.
Step by step the axes of the article will be plain, so keep following.
I´m intending and about to spoil movie events, with boast and pleasure, to clarify my points and supply my articles with facts, but as soon as I finish, the details I´m using won´t be damaging an entertainment of watching both movies, and I emphasize that I will just apply briefs not long analytic elaboration.
Therefore, were here to start the article pragmatically and initially mentioning movie no. one: "Next Sohee": In which spots lights over a high school student, full of life and passion turns in a blink of eye to an empty forum of human beings, overwhelmed and suicidal, after she witnessed too much sour truth, showcased in the vivid vile taking place in the community around her, where her school was decided to be one of the schools that recruits candidates to work in companies in South Korea as a condition of resuming governmental revenues to the teachers, as if their role reverted drastically from being teachers who tutor students to teachers who are just commanded to find brilliant students to work for companies for sake of productivity escalation. Sohee will encounter injustice occurring to her and her colleagues represented in salary shortages despite working overtime, enduring the inconvenience of the customers on the calls, afford dignity disregarding by the bosses and despite being so far silent to speak about their suffer. Moreover, the previous team leader that committed suicide was also dragged into this injustice by forcing him to beg a customer for accepting apology and dismantling the lawsuit he threatened the company with after he was responded to when he harassed a lady on a call, in his letter full of agony, he mentioned the oppression that takes place there to the employees and specifically the externs that get less privileges, everyone was forced and bribed to sign a contract that implies that all of those allegations of the ex-leader are incorrect and whoever does that takes a bonus, only Sohee was the last one who submitted to that evil act, but once she did, she became no longer alive.
Women and men have common issues in that case, including threatens with cutting off their bread, being unfairly jailed for defending his dignity when someone yelling at him because of an internet service cancellation order that was delayed and sexual harassments "more often with women.
The linking point between the two movies will be concluded easily after the following passage about one of Nicolas Cage´s well done movies "Dream scenario":
That talks about a PHD professor that had his beautiful life flipped upside down after people started regularly in a paranormal phenomenon dreaming about him, and all bad dreams they had could turn as superstitions they all believe in, disabling the reality and spreading only rumors derived from their dreams that unfairly ruined this man´s life, that´s one of the highlighted points of the movie, showing that in a short duration people can use superstitions to make new laws and believe in them as if they were real causing a case of infestation by spreading them and applying them on others even if they reject, for them it´s considered a "blasphemy". Instead, they could tackle that issue by behavioral guidance to those who had dreams, instead they could punish those who attacked the professor physically and verbally as well as bullying his entire family, and they could also study the case without making that person an idol, good or bad one to reach eventually to the same invention they had exposed to the light and they could interfere the critical thinking instead of submitting to such superstitions that toxically spread into the society in a short time.
So, what's common between the two movies as we inquired?
"Impunity"
The turning table syndrome, in which the guilty is to blame not to be blamed...
When I was in college I had studied two theories in "Business Administration subject"
and these two theories were involved in a chapter that links the psychological statement to the working field and how it can affect the productivity.
Theory X: In this theory, one of the business management pioneers stated that mortals should be working under pressure constantly, otherwise they won´t produce, so their should be a strict behavior directed from the moderator to his employees to keep them fearing their salary shortage or cut off and there should be fear to produce discipline.
But fairly another pioneer that has a good mental statement unlike that one mentioned before responded with theory Y: That declares that human beings have feelings and they aren´t machines to be treated as cruel as above, instead he went to a factory in America and studied the behavior of the managers and the employees in the working field, and found those who were in other industrial facilities that had a loving and co-operation team of managers and employees have better productivity than that factory that had everything solidly melancholic and not even much profitable or productive, from this theory in the old school of business management associated to psychology, a new promising school of psychology embraces the humanity and offers psychological tests that consist "patterns" which connect a person to another through a way of thinking either different or similar and this pattern could be used to understand each mentality and know how to deal with it which became a credited idea until now and maybe more innovative insights are coming ahead.
The irony here is that this book I studied for an entire semester is published by a professor that cares less about humanity as well as vast majority of her colleagues who have high narcissistic attitude and less information than they claim they took their degrees for.
They aren´t less hypocrite than those ones I´m talking about here in my article...
Hence, after mentioning happily all of those examples, we get laid finally to the closure of the article, consisting demands to work on from now on to keep up a better environment either in work or anywhere else:
1. We must demand the rights of the employees fairly regained by simulating the law, and recommending a high quality supervision in working fields likewise.
2. Anti-Capitalism activation amongst the community for that fact implying that the privatization overpowers the communism and puts individual laws that sound very injustice over the low to middle classes in the society allowing the rich people to apply their authority in work and in many places they go to. "The sadist and masochist" phenomenon should be forever dismantled.
3. Never get silenced over one´s rights, rather using the public opinion to spread an idea and pressure the governments through in order to take back dignity which is one of the simplest demands of human beings. Or the repercussions will not be pleasing, as many will become outrageous and exaggeratively ruining assets and committing crimes for being repressed for too long. And one of another consequences is the fact that leaving corrupted employees in the systems and preserving seats for other corrupted ones will not make the economical, educational, or health statement better in any way, the benefits will be only going to the authorities and by time the authorities won´t find more benefits to keep their seats protected. It´s always a matter of time.
That´s the final words for me, stop feeding the ego of the narcissists.
And don´t you worry, both movies can still be watched and judged by you.
For me the rates are 9/10 for both movies, there could be a better ending for me. But they still serve a good point and they´re well-built dramatically.
